Cashfx killer craft is an online clothing store operating from Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. We sell clothing — t-shirts, hoodies, tracksuits, and cargo pants — through this website and deliver it to customers in South Africa. We do not provide any other products or services.
Orders
An order is placed by adding items to the cart, selecting the size you want, entering your delivery details and completing payment. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and we confirm it.
Prices
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) on the product and checkout pages and include VAT where applicable. Delivery of R100 per order is added at checkout and shown in your total before you pay. We do not add hidden charges, subscriptions or recurring fees.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details. If a payment fails or is not completed, no order is created and nothing is dispatched.
Availability
Items are subject to availability. If an item you paid for is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative, an exchange or a refund for that item.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy nationwide in South Africa, normally within 2–5 business days after payment. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. Order cancellations are handled under our Order Cancellation Policy. Your rights under South African consumer law are not affected.
Product descriptions
We describe our clothing as accurately as possible, including sizes and prices. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details, and for choosing the correct size. Incorrect details may delay delivery or result in additional delivery charges.
