Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details of the items you ordered. We also keep a record of your order reference and payment status.
How we use it
We use your information to process your order, take payment, deliver your parcel, send you tracking information, handle returns or refunds, and answer your support questions.
Card details
We never see or store your card details. Card payments are processed directly by Paystack under their own security standards and privacy terms.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary: your name, address and contact number with The Courier Guy so your parcel can be delivered, and your email and order amount with Paystack so your payment can be processed. We do not sell customer information to anyone.
Retention
Order and payment records are kept for as long as necessary for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect customer information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our customer support. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
