Before dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been handed to the courier. Contact our customer support with your order reference as soon as possible. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refuse the delivery or return the item under our Returns & Refund Policy. In that case the original delivery fee is not refunded.
Cancellations by us
If an item you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative item, a size exchange or a full refund of that item including its share of the delivery fee.
How to cancel
Email or WhatsApp our customer support with your name and order reference. The cancellation takes effect once we confirm it in writing.
Refund timing
Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation, back to the payment method used at checkout.
