Delivery area
We deliver clothing orders nationwide across South Africa. We do not currently deliver outside South Africa.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat R100 per order, added at checkout and shown in your order total before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and normally arrive within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on the delivery location. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we send your tracking and delivery information to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout.
Delivery address
Please make sure the delivery address, contact number and postal code entered at checkout are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, an additional delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.
Delays
Courier delays caused by weather, load shedding, incorrect addresses or events outside our control may extend delivery times. If your order is delayed, contact our customer support and we will follow up with the courier.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate with the courier and resolve it under our Returns & Refund Policy.
